Veriton Advisory Group is led by Olivia Fines, a senior executive with extensive cross-functional experience spanning operations, governance, compliance, contracts, procurement, and organizational leadership.
Ms. Fines has served in senior roles advising executive teams and boards on complex operational and risk matters, including organizational restructuring, control environment enhancement, regulatory exposure, and performance improvement initiatives. Her experience includes working with organizations operating in regulated and high-accountability environments where integrity, transparency, and effective governance are essential.
